GSO Enterprises arose from a dream to own and operate a professional business in the IT field. Founded in April of 2015, the owner and main technician, Scott Owen has successfully made his mark in IT services. Currently working as an “on demand” workforce Technician, we are looking to expand into a full service company that offers various services to individuals via our website.

GSO Enterprises prides itself in providing experienced work in anything from installing menu display boards at fast food restaurants to TVs in offices and residences. We also work with large big box stores to help set up their point of sale (POS) units, as well as installing self-checkout lanes. We have been working with the top named companies in the country; Walmart; McDonald's, Target; Aspen Dental to name a few. 

As for our future growth, we are working on expanding our local workforce and creating an image on the web. With our expansion to the website, our main focus will be POS and networking systems for small to medium businesses in the local area, as well as continue to provide services to the larger companies. At GSO Enterprises we are confident we can resolve your technological issues and the utmost satisfaction.

In early 2018, GSO Enterprises converted from a homebased business to a local co-working office space. We are currently located inside of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship owned by the University of North Carolina Wilmington located at 803 S College Rd, STE G. Along with the expansion to the office, we have added new members to our team.

About the Owner

Scott Owen has a strong career background in construction. While this work did what it needed to do and helped him provide for his family, he couldn’t help but feel that this was not the field for him. From a young age, Scott had always dreamed of being in the IT field. After many years of hard work and determination, he was able to make his dream a reality. On April 25, 2015, Scott brought GSO Enterprises to the light. His experience in working with computers and networks began in the late ’90s. Since then, he has been able to develop the skills needed to work in retail, commercial and industrial industries assisting in management and working on repairs for networking and computing equipment.
